Animal Crossing City Folk is pretty awesome. For my first mii mask I didn't know if I wanted to do Hitler or someone else, haha. And because the wii has an SD card slot, it's easy as hell to take pictures. So I'm thinking I might make another AC journal, like I did long ago with the Gamecube version. There's only one problem though: There's no more black market turnips. :<

I love the Halloween event. So much that I dreamed about it last night. Freaking dorky.
I finally used my rice cooker today. We bought it like, 2 years ago and never used it. I made dinner for mum and I (dad doesn't like weird stuff, he's a picky eater) but it didn't taste like the kind I had in Japan. It might have been a different tuna.
I have my nights and days mixed up, and it's a bit annoying.

After spending like, 5 hours pruning my freaking downloads folder....I DELETED THE WHOLE THING ON ACCIDENT! Because the Apartment Life iso I had wouldn't mount I uninstalled it, before I did that I made sure to back up my Sims 2 files...and STILL I DELETED MY DOWNLOADS.Fuck the world.

Ughhhh. Today was horrible. Apparently I'm the last in my drawing classes, and the teacher hasn't seen any improvement in the four weeks I've been working in her class. That's just a total demotivator right there. She took me up to see my Academic Advisor (who has an awesome British accent, but I was too pissed off to comment on it) and talk to her. I'm just a fucking mess right now, one with being sick, two with having my dad out of work, and three with this bitch of a teacher saying I haven't improved at all. I think I've improved. I feel like I have. It's just a fucking blow to my ego which was shaky already, not being confident in my work. Now I'm not confident in it at all. Fuck the world.I just want to cry in a little ball. I'm so frustrated.

Woooo It's already been a month since I've been here. Time flies.This week has flown by pretty fast, as I'm always busy with schoolwork. In fact, I have to finish up two projects for tomorrow's class, and help Michelle with Flash. I'll have to make this short, then.
I've started learning Hiragana and Katakana in my spare time, which is pretty fun. For like a day, I was having a bit of a crisis where I didn't know why I was in art school, and wanted to switch to languages, just because I want to travel. Shar talked sense into me, saying what I'm doing is practically a global trade, so I'm pretty much free to do what I need.
I loathe my drawing teacher. I have her four times a week and sometimes I just want to smack her upside the head. I know she means well, but she just has this air about her that is unpleasant. I figured out today who she reminds me of: Professor Treelawney from HP. Minus the tea leaves and hippie shit. She sent out an email yesterday about us turning in our portfolios for TODAY. A lot of us were pissed that she didn't even mention it on Monday and decided to spring it on us the day before in an EMAIL. Seriously.
I also need to find an orthodontist. Noobs at Selke and Reily didn't cut my wires all the way down, and one is out of the bracket. Losers.

No, I'm not dead! I've just been very busy with orientation and my first week of class. Right now I'm at Alex's house hanging out. First of all, I love this freaking Macbook Pro. I can take it anywhere and it's just freaking awesome and convenient to have. It sucks that I have to give it back after I graduate, though. I've made a few friends in my dorm hall, and they're a pretty cool bunch even if I mess people's names up. Or forget them. orz My classes are pretty cool except for still life and art history(luckily I have once a week instead of twice). Wednesday is my day off so I have time to do my hw. I got a new bike so I cruise around (the good side) of town on it. My college campus is cut in half by MLK Jr. Drive, so I don't go down it because it's freaking shady as hell. (As most streets named MLK in America are, sadly.) I have a single dorm on the third floor of the oldest building with no elevator (Carrying up my fridge with my dad was a PAIN IN THE ASS). It's really roomy and looks like a mess already with all my art supplies on the floor. The first night I was on my own I freaking spilled melty chocolate eclairs on my brand new rug, leaving a minor stain. But since my carpet is a beige ish color it kind of blends in. Then I spilled stupid fragrance stuff on my dresser, but that wasn't as lethal as the chocolate. Tropical Storm Fay didn't even hit us, but it looks like we might get a bit of backlash from Hurricane Goustav. I've never been in a hurricane before so I'm sure it will be a bit frightening.And yeah. I wrote some stuff!

Even though people call it Japan`s hick town it seriously is like, a really big city. The SID live was probably the best live ever, I don`t know who or how anything will top it. WTF YOU STUPID FILESSSSSS.Apparently a bunch of my digital files from Tech Campus are corrupt, and that's a majority of my portfolio. I only have hard copies of them for my paper portfolio, and I'm officially pissed off now.
I was going to update my online portfolio but now I'm too angry to do it. Fuck.
